BEC provides Phase I ESAs, Phase II Investigations, and Transaction Screens in accordance with the ASTM E-1527-05 Standard.  BEC personnel has performed these services for eighteen years in the states of ND, SD, MT, MN, CA, IN, TX, and FL.
